RAT WORLD IS AN INDEPENDENT QUARTERLY PUBLICATION THAT SHOWCASES THE “UNDERGROUND”: Artists, writers, creatives or anyone pursuing interesting independent work in the community. This includes creatives whose work is too experimental/off kilter/weird for conventional magazines. Rat World also aims to forge the sort space that does not exist for minority voices, emerging artists and people that don’t fit into conventional boundaries.
