Boy is a board book comprising of eight spreads of blown up images of the “BOY” at the end of “PLAYBOY” magazine banner. The images present the recognisable pink text formed by offset printed pixels, to reveal a complex system of colour structures. The letters sit triumphantly below the occasional frayed edge or dog-eared corner and above the back-lit, ribbon tied blond strands of hair of the month’s pinup.
